Dhanai voted MVP as ACS completes another successful tour of Guyana

Seam bowling all-rounder Suresh Dhanai emerged the Most Valuable Player- based on the FL Sport App- for American Cricket Society (ACS) on their recently concluded successful tour of Guyana.

Dhanai picked up 10 wickets from five innings at an average of 13 and an economy rate of 5.65.

His best bowling figures was 5-31 in ACS’ victory over the Guyana Emerging Team.

For good measure, Dhanai also snapped up three catches in the outfield.

In the 11 games played, ACS won seven, lost two, while the other two were rained out.

On the batting side, Kevon Boodie was the leading runscorer for ACS with 266 runs in six innings at an average of 53, followed by Akshay Homraj (150), Jonathan Foo (148), Oraine Williams (135), Ramaal Lewis (130), Akeem Dewar (121), Raymond Perez (111) and Jonathan Van Lange (104).

ACS’ leading wicket-takers were Keon Lake (12), Suresh Dhanai (10), Antony Adams (9), Damion Jacobs (8), Trinson Carmichael (7), Yuvraj Dayal (6), Nigel Deodat (5), Moein Khan (5), Deveshwari Prashad (5) and Jonathan Van Lange (5).
